Creating group polls for WhatsApp desktop beta
In a previous article on WhatsApp beta for iOS 22.214.171.124 update, the leading WhatsApp news portal reported that WhatsApp was finally working on creating group Polls for a future update of the app. Along with the article the news tracker also released a screenshot of the Group poll’s interface taken from a WhatsApp iOS device.
In this beta update, the platform releases the latest screenshot of the feature taken from the Desktop app. A Poll contains a question with different options below.
To create a poll you will have to fill in a minimum of two options. However, you also have a choice to add up to 12 options. As already mentioned in earlier reports, group polls are fully encrypted, thus nobody, not even WhatsApp will be able to see the content of the poll.
As this feature is currently under development process you will not be able to create and send polls at present. The developers’ team is working to bring more improvements to this feature before finally releasing it to beta testers. It is well known that WhatsApp takes a long time to develop any feature so the company has yet to make no announcements on its final release date.
However, you will know as soon as there is any information about the new progress of the group polls feature. For all up to date of WhatsApp beta for Android, iOS, and web/Desktop keep following us.
