The report reveals that if this new option is available to you in your privacy settings, you will be able to choose who can see your personal information.

But you need to know that you will also be not able to see the last seen of those Contacts whom you have excluded from seeing your last seen. However, this rule does not apply to your ‘about’ and ‘profile photo’. As this feature is being rolled out to more beta testers, you can expect it to be available in your settings within 24 hours.
