If you are looking for a smartphone with a great camera, powerful battery and excellent processor, then wait a minute! Xiaomi is going to launch the next phone of its Civi series very soon, Xiaomi Civi 5 Pro. The buzz about this phone has intensified in the market and a new leak has revealed many of its special features and launch timeline.
Launch
According to the leak, Xiaomi Civi 5 Pro can be launched in China in May 2025. Although the company has not yet made an official announcement, its teaser or launch date may come from Xiaomi in the next few days.
Display & processor
The phone may feature a 1.5K quad narrow screen that will give users a great viewing experience. Although the screen size has not been revealed yet, Xiaomi’s Civi series has always had a premium display – expect no less this time too. The Xiaomi Civi 5 Pro is said to have a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 processor.
Camera
This time too Xiaomi will keep its camera game strong. The Civi 5 Pro can get a 50MP telephoto lens which will help in taking clear pictures by zooming. Along with this, dual selfie camera can also be seen – which will be in a pill-shaped cutout, as it was in its previous version.
Battery & Design
While the Civi 4 Pro had a 4700mAh battery, this time according to the leak, a battery of more than 6000mAh can be given. This means – backup for hours, without the tension of the charger! The back panel of the phone will be of fiberglass and there will be a metal frame on the side, which will give it a premium and solid look.
Price
The price of this phone in China is said to be CNY 3,000 (approximately ₹35,200). In India, its price can be around ₹38,999, just like the Civi 4 Pro. However, the official price will be confirmed only at the time of launch.
