WhatsApp rolling out new UI animations for UWP (Universal Windows Platform)
The third update of the year for the Universal Windows platform brings visual feature updates for the platform. In a previous article about WhatsApp beta, UWP 2.2201.2 update WhatsApp introduced some improvements in the user interface. It was reported that some UI elements followed rules from the Windows UI library 2.7. Their plan still remains the same about wanting to improve the user interface.

In this new Beta update, the popular messenger is adding a small animation when you tap the settings icon. A preview video of the new update has been shared by a source in which you can see that when you tap the settings icon to open WhatsApp settings it will start rotating. This animation is not the only one introduced in this update. There is another animation too when you browse other WhatsApp settings.

Though this moving visual feature does not bring any change in the functionality of course it does make the visual effects more attractive. It seems this is why the developers’ team is expanding the animations. However, the news is not very important and does not bring a huge change but this is the second beta update in which the platform brings news about improving the user interface.
