This updated version has submitted through the official beta channel with this update the version reaches to 2.2208.1. This update has references about a new option to react to messages. This feature will be available in a future date.

You all know that as one of the most popular and in demand messenger and chat support software. WhatsApp has been regularly working to provide more enhanced services to its users. In this current beta update the platform is working on a new action for Message Reactions. Know the details what is new in this update.

WhatsApp New Message Reactions feature for Desktop beta client

WhatsApp is working on bringing new improvements for react to messages feature from quite some time. Recently the platform released a ‘shortcut to quickly react to messages’ feature and the ability to ‘view who reacted to messages’ feature. Both the features are reported to be available in future update. In the present version the Instant Messaging App is reportedly working on another new option for Message Reactions.

The leading WhatsApp news reporter, WABetaInfo has also shared a screenshot of this feature. You can already see that the in demand messaging platform is adding a new ‘React to Message’ option within the message menu settings which will be available in a future date. In earlier update you could react to messages only through the button available next to the messages.

Of course this new addition will make reacting to messages a bit lengthy process as you need one extra step to react by using the option within the message menu. The report further confirms that using the button next to the message for reacting is the fastest and easiest way for sending a reaction. However the platform has already decided to add this as an alternative way for Message Reactions.

The ability to react to messages is currently under development process so it is not possible to react at present. But the good news is that the changes have already been introduced in this update which indicates you can expect it soon in a future update. You will get information as soon as there is any announcement regarding its final release for WhatsApp Android, iOS and desktop beta testers. To stay updated for all latest news keep following us.
