WhatsApp Business Directory – New Message
Hope you already know that you can quickly search for new business accounts right within WhatsApp without leaving the app with the help of Business directory. The recently rolled out underdevelopment feature ‘filtering business nearby’ gives you more control over this feature. The new WhatsApp beta 126.96.36.199 update brings more information about the business directory.
A leading WhatsApp tracker has released a preview of the feature in which you can see that the platform has plans to add a new message to the business chat in future. It will add the new message when someone uses business directory to find and reach you. This message will be visible only on WhatsApp business. Additionally same message is added when you contact someone by using the business directory.
The message will display “you contacted this business from business nearby” written on it. This is visible in the same chat on WhatsApp Messenger. The ‘Business directory – new message’ feature is still in the development process so it is not available to beta testers at present. However the platform is working on developing this feature in the current beta version.
