The Vivo X200 series, which includes the X200, X200 Pro, and X200 Pro Mini (China-exclusive), has recently hit the market. Rumors about the Vivo X200 Ultra and Vivo X200s have begun to appear. Along with information on these devices, there is speculation about the Vivo X300 series models, implying some intriguing developments.
Colour Variants
The popular Weibo tipster ‘Panda Is Very Bald’ has disclosed the potential color options for two future Vivo phones, thought to be the X200 Ultra and X200s.
- The Vivo X200s is expected to arrive in black and silver. This marks a departure from its predecessor, which was offered in Titanium, Green, White, and Black/Grey.
- Vivo X200 Ultra could come in black and a brand-new red color. Previously, the Ultra model was available in titanium, grey, and white.
Furthermore, there is anticipation that Vivo will release the Vivo Watch 4 alongside these flagship products. However, the tipster believes that the Vivo X200 Pro Mini will not be available in a S variant this time.
Launch & Pricing
The Vivo X100s and X100 Ultra were launched in China in May 2024 with starting pricing of CNY 4,000 (about ₹47,100) and CNY 6,499 (roughly ₹76,500), respectively. The successors are intended to have a similar release schedule.
In India, as the X100s series did not make it to the market, there is suspicion that the Vivo X200s and X200 Ultra would also skip the Indian debut.
What’s New
Rumors concerning the Vivo X300 series, which might be the successor to the X200 family, have emerged. According to tipster DigitalChatStation, Vivo tested the market with the X200 Pro Mini, which had a tiny 6.31-inch display.
- The small X200 Pro Mini did well in sales, however Vivo may drop the Pro Mini option for the X300 series.
- Instead, the base X300 model could have a little smaller screen than the existing 6.67-inch Vivo X200.
Fans are hopeful that Vivo’s upcoming lineup will focus on camera improvements and better wireless charging.
