Vivo is prepared to launch the Vivo T4x 5G and Vivo Y59 5G, two new low-cost smartphones, in India. The upcoming release of these smartphones, which are the replacements for the Vivo T3x 5G and Vivo Y58 5G, has been confirmed by their appearance on the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) certification platform.

BIS Certification

MySmartPrice reports that the Vivo T4x 5G and Vivo Y59 5G have made an official appearance on the BIS certification website, suggesting that they will soon be released in India.

  • The model number V2437 has been assigned to the Vivo T4x 5G.
  • The model number V2443 is used to identify the Vivo Y59 5G.

It’s interesting to note that both of these smartphones with the same model numbers were also discovered on the IMEI database in October 2024. However, no precise information regarding their features or specs has been made public by either the IMEI listing or the BIS certification.

Expected Specifications

As the Vivo T4x 5G is a follow-up to the Vivo T3x 5G, we can anticipate features that are comparable or marginally better. At launch, the Vivo T3x 5G came with:

  • 6.72-inch FHD+ IPS LCD with a maximum brightness of 1,000 nits and a refresh rate of 120 Hz.

What to Expect from Vivo Y59 5G

The Vivo Y58 5G, which came with 8GB RAM and 128GB storage and was priced at ₹19,499, will be replaced by the Vivo Y59 5G. Should Vivo adopt the same strategy, the Y59 5G might offer:
