Vivo is preparing to debut its next-generation tablet, the Vivo Pad 4 Pro, as a successor to the Vivo Pad 3 Pro. Although the corporation has not yet released any official details, a recent leak from a tipster has revealed several fascinating features. Vivo appears to be gearing up for a big hit with this handset, particularly with the projected MediaTek Dimensity 9400 chipset. Let’s get into the leaked details.
Expected specifications
According to famed Weibo tipster Digital Chat Station, the Vivo Pad 4 Pro may include a unique large-sized display. While the exact dimensions are unknown, it is worth remembering that the Vivo Pad 3 Pro had a 13-inch 3.1K display with a refresh rate of 144Hz. The future tablet may keep these remarkable display qualities.
What is more exciting? This device may be the first tablet to use the MediaTek Dimensity 9400 chipset, which provides better performance than its predecessor’s Dimensity 9300 processor. It is evident that Vivo intends to raise the bar for tablet performance.
Battery
Another notable feature of the Vivo Pad 4 Pro is its huge battery. According to leaks, the device’s rated capacity could be 11,790mAh, with an average capacity of around 12,000mAh. This is a minor increase over the Pad 3 Pro’s 11,500mAh battery.
While there is no information yet on rapid charging capabilities, it is worth noting that the Vivo Pad 3 Pro allowed 66W flash charging. It’s probable Vivo will keep with a similar fast-charging method for the upcoming model.
Launch & Price
According to the leaks, the Vivo Pad 4 Pro would make its debut in China before expanding to other regions. There is also anticipation that it will be rebranded in some areas.
For reference, the Vivo Pad 3 Pro was released in three gorgeous colors: Spring Tide Blue, Thin Purple, and Cold Star Gray, with prices starting at CNY 2,999 (about Rs 34,977) for the 8GB+128GB edition. While the actual price for the replacement is unknown, it is expected to fall within a comparable range.
