Samsung is planning for its first Galaxy Unpacked 2025 event, which will be held on January 22 in San Jose, California. One of the expected highlights is the Samsung Galaxy S25 series, which includes the base model, Plus, and Ultra variants. The rumored Galaxy S25 Slim, a sleek new addition to the lineup, was just seen on Geekbench, hinting that it will be released shortly.
Geekbench Listing

The gadget has 12GB of RAM and runs Android 15 combined with One UI 7, providing a fluid and futuristic user experience.
Launch & Features
According to reports, the Galaxy S25 Slim could be revealed as the series’ fourth model. Samsung’s official invite for Galaxy Unpacked 2025, which features the silhouettes of four devices, foreshadows its release alongside the Galaxy S25, S25+, and S25 Ultra.
Design
One of the Galaxy S25 Slim’s striking features is its ultra-thin design. With a thickness of less than 7mm, it could be the thinnest Samsung phone in a decade, following the 2015 Galaxy A8. The gadget is rumored to have a 6.6-inch display, similar to the size of the Galaxy S25+.
Camera & Battery
The phone’s camera is said to include a 200-megapixel ISOCELL HP5 primary sensor, as well as two 50-megapixel ISOCELL JN5 sensors for ultrawide and telephoto images (3.5x optical zoom). The smartphone might be powered by a 4,700mAh to 5,000mAh battery, delivering a decent combination of performance and endurance.
