Slow down or turn off animations
The first thing you will see when you open the phone is the screen transition and app opening animation. It looks good, but sometimes it slows down the phone.
How to do it
- Settings > About phone > Tap Build number 7 times
- Developer options will be unlocked
- Now go to Developer options and set Window animation scale, Transition animation scale and Animator duration scale to 0.5x or off
Control background apps
Realme UI has a special feature that controls apps running in the background. The more apps run in the background, the slower the phone becomes.
How to do it
- Settings > Battery > App Battery Management
- From here you can choose which apps should stay active in the background and which should not
Customize home screen
