The anticipation is growing as the OnePlus 13 prepares for its global launch, including India, in January 2025. Among the highly awaited gadgets, the OnePlus 13R is generating headlines, with leaks and claims indicating that it may be a rebranded version of the OnePlus Ace 5.

Ahead of the official announcement, a new OnePlus phone, thought to be the Indian model of the 13R, has appeared on Geekbench, revealing key specifications and performance ratings.

The Geekbench entry for a device with the model number CPH2691 suggests that it is the OnePlus 13R Indian edition. This model had also shown on the BIS certification website, which supported the allegation.

In terms of performance, the list includes 2,189 points in the single-core test and 6,613 in the multi-core category. These scores are much higher than the OnePlus 12R, indicating enhanced hardware.

Interestingly, the phone will have 16GB of RAM and run Android 15. The chipset stated in the listing has a powerful octa-core processor, indicating that it would be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Generation 3 SoC.

Expected Features

Display: The OnePlus 13R could include a 6.78-inch FHD+ AMOLED display with a refresh rate of 120Hz, providing bright images and seamless interactions.

Cameras: For photography aficionados, the phone could contain a 50MP primary camera, an 8MP secondary sensor, and another 50MP lens, as well as a 16MP front-facing camera for selfies.

Battery: The handset is expected to have a 6,000mAh battery with 80W fast charging, providing long-lasting use with quick recharges.

Memory & Storage: Options such as 12GB RAM with 256GB storage and a higher-end 16GB RAM model may be on the cards.

OS and Design: The phone, which runs Android 15-based OxygenOS, may feature a redesigned design with a boxy frame and circular camera module.

The OnePlus 13R will be available in India beginning January 7th, 2025, alongside the OnePlus 13 series. The OnePlus 13R is likely to offer luxury features at an affordable price, comparable to its predecessor, the OnePlus 12R, which started at ₹39,999.
