If you are a Realme user, then you must have noticed that while using the phone, App Suggestions start appearing on the screen again and again. This function can be helpful for some users, but it annoys most people. It seems as if someone is keeping an eye on your phone usage habits.
What is Realme App Suggestion
Realme phones have a feature that tracks your app usage and suggests apps to you accordingly. This is supposed to help you find the app you need quickly. But in reality, it just clutters up your interface and can also be a bit of a privacy breach.
How to turn it off
Step 1: Long press on the home screen
First, press and hold an empty space on your phone’s home screen for a few seconds. This will bring up a pop-up menu with several options.
Step 2: Select Settings or More Settings
Now you will find Settings or More Settings option there, tap on it. This will take you to the home screen and app drawer settings.
Step 3: Find the App Suggestions option
Now scroll down a bit on the screen and find an option called “App Suggestions” or “Show App Suggestions”.
This option is mostly on the home screen, app drawer, or in the app management section.
Step 4: Turn off App Suggestions
As soon as you find this option, turn it off. From now on, those unwanted apps will not appear on your phone screen.
