Now there is no speculation left about the Nothing Phone (3), as Carl Pei himself has confirmed its launch timeline. This time the plan is to bring something big, something different and something that is full of AI.
Launch
In a recent AMA (Ask Me Anything) session, Carl Pei revealed that the Nothing Phone (3) will be launched in Q3 2025 i.e. between July to September. Now if we look at the launch pattern of last year, the Nothing Phone (2) was launched on July 11, 2023, so this time too there is every hope of some explosion in July itself.
Nothing’s planning
This year, Nothing has already launched two smartphones – Nothing Phone (3a) and Nothing Phone (3a) Pro. Now on April 28, the company is also going to bring CMF Phone 2 Pro. And after this, this year’s flagship hero – Nothing Phone (3) will come. Meaning the company is giving surprises one after the other, and is trying to give some new experience in every device.
What will be special in the phone (3)
Carl Pei did not reveal the hardware details, but he has definitely given some hints. He says that breakthrough innovation can be seen in the user interface in the phone (3). Also, this device will be the first big step towards Nothing’s AI platform.
According to the information already received, Nothing OS will now have deep integration of AI. Just like the AI hub named Essential Space was introduced in the phone (3a), now this function will be further improved and linked to the calendar and other system apps.
Processor
While there is no official confirmation yet, rumours suggest that the Nothing phone (3) could feature either the Snapdragon 8 Elite SoC or the Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 chipset. And if that happens, the phone will be a true powerhouse in terms of performance.
