Vivo smartphones have a great feature called “File Safe”, through which you can lock your secret photos. The way to use it is very easy. Follow the steps given below.
1. Open the phone settings – First of all go to Settings.
2. Select Privacy and Security option – Here click on the “Privacy and Security” option.
3. Select File Safe feature – Now tap on the “File Safe” option.
4. Set security password – When you use this feature for the first time, you will have to set a password. Remember it, because without the password your hidden files will not open.
5. Add photos – Now go to the “Add File” option and select the photos you want to hide.
6. Save and exit – After adding all the images, click on the save option. Now your photos will be safe in the safe folder and will not be visible in the gallery.
Photos can be hidden from the gallery
If you want to hide photos directly from the gallery, Vivo also has the option of iManager app. Follow it.
Open iManager app – Open the iManager app on your Vivo phone.
Select Privacy Protection option – Here you will find the option of Privacy Protection, select it.
Enable Hidden Album – Now turn on the “Hidden Album” feature.
Select Photos – Select the images you want to hide and click on confirm.
Save Settings – Now your selected photos will disappear from the gallery and can only be accessed by entering the password.
