Know These Things Before Going Live on Youtube
Not everyone gets the facility of YouTube Live immediately. There are some necessary conditions for this which you have to fulfill first. Such as:
1. Channel verification
Your YouTube channel should be verified, that is, you have verified it through OTP from your mobile number.
2. 50 or more subscribers
If you want to go live from mobile, then your channel should have at least 50 subscribers.
3. Wait for 24 hours
To go live for the first time, YouTube takes 24 hours to activate your request.
How to Go Live on Youtube from Mobile
Step 1: Open YouTube App
First, open the YouTube app on your smartphone.
Step 2: Click on the + icon
Tap on the ‘+’ icon at the bottom middle. Here you will see the option ‘Go Live’, click on it.
Step 3: Fill in the title & settings for the live stream
Now you have to choose the title, description, privacy (private, unlisted or public), and audience (is it for kids?) of your live.
Step 4: Choose the thumbnail & set the camera
You can change the thumbnail if you want and choose the front or rear camera.
Step 5: Click on Go Live
Now just press the ‘Go Live’ button & you will go live. Speak your piece, talk to the audience and enjoy the conversation.
