Customize the lock screen

The lock screen customization feature is available in iOS 16 and above. If you have an iPhone 8 or newer, you can use this feature. - 2. What changes can be made
Change the wallpaper – You can set a personal photo, dynamic wallpaper, or emoji background. - Add widgets – You can add widgets for time, weather, battery status, calendar events, and other apps.
- Change font and color – The font and color of the clock and date text can be set to your liking.
- Set multiple lock screens – You can now set multiple lock screens and change them according to your needs.
How to customize the iPhone lock screen
If you want to customize your iPhone lock screen, follow these steps:
Step 1: Access the lock screen edit mode
Long press on the iPhone lock screen
You will now see options for “Customize” and “Add New”.
Step 2: Set New Wallpaper
Tap Add New.
You can choose from Photo, Shuffle Wallpaper, Weather, Emoji and Astronomy Wallpaper.
Choose the wallpaper you want to set and tap Done.
Step 3: Change the font and color of the clock and date
- Tap the clock on the lock screen.
- You will get options to change the font style and color.
- Choose them according to your preference and save them.
Step 4: Add Widgets to Lock Screen
- Tap the bottom of the clock.
- You will get options to add widgets of weather, battery, calendar, fitness and other apps.
- You can add up to 4 widgets.
Step 5: Set Multiple Lock Screens
- Go to the lock screen edit mode.
- Click Add New and create a lock screen with a different style.
- To change screen just long press and choose the lock screen you like.
