A free one-time screen replacement program has been established by Samsung for the Galaxy S22 Ultra and a few other models affected by the infamous green-line problem. This promotion is available through December 31, 2024, at all authorized service centers in India. Customers must, however, fulfill some eligibility requirements in order to take advantage of this offer.
Which Mobile Phones Qualify
The following models are eligible for the free screen replacement
- Galaxy S21 Series
- Galaxy S21 FE 5G
- Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra
This program also covers devices that are out of warranty, however they must not have any water or physical damage. The gadget must be within three years of the date of purchase in order to be eligible, and the original invoice must be presented by the buyer.
What Does the Replacement Program Cover
Samsung is providing free battery and kit replacements in addition to a complete repair of the OCTA (On-Cell Touch AMOLED) assembly. Customers will have to cover the labor fees for the repair even though the parts are free.
