Why do we need to save chats in PDF format

Easy way to convert chat to PDF
Step 1: Export the chat
First, you need to open the chat that you want to save in PDF. Then, tap on the three dots (menu) at the top and choose the “More” option. There you will find the “Export chat” option. Click on it.
Step 2: Choose with media or without media
Now WhatsApp will ask you if you want to export the chat with media (such as photos, videos) or without media. If you want just the text, choose “Without media”. This will keep the file lightweight and convert easily.
Step 3: Send the file via email or an app
After exporting, WhatsApp will create a .txt format file. You can email it, save it to Google Drive, or send it to another app.
Step 4: Convert TXT file to PDF
Now you need to convert that .txt file to PDF. For this, you can use many online tools like:
